Welcome to the Boomer Women Unite! blog. Have you seen the news stories and baby boomer studies lately, reporting that the future for boomer women is bleak? It's not a pretty picture, and, given the current social climate, I have no doubt these doomsday predictions will come true... if we don't do something about it.
Let's face it, ladies, men make more money than we do on average, and their retirement funds are probably going to be much larger also. But does that mean that boomer women should be looking for a nice Kenmore refrigerator crate to live in? No way!
We're smart, we're savvy, and we've still got lots of life left in us. I say, let's unite to create the future of our choosing! We've got the goods to make our lives better, so let's do it! What do you say?
